September the 20th – Application of modern diagnostic and therapeutic principles in dental medicine I – V1947/24-II 

  1. Providing modern recommendations in the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disorders
  2. Presenting the connection between periodontitis and systemic diseases
  3. Familiarizing with current protocols in implant prosthetics
  4. Familiarizing with conservative treatment methods for hypertrophy of the masseter muscle
  5. Familiarizing with the synergy in orthodontics and periodontology

September the 21st – Application of modern diagnostic and therapeutic principles in dental medicine II – V1948/24-II

  1. Providing modern recommendations in the diagnosis and therapy of peri-implantitis
  2. Presenting the connection between oral manifestations and neurological diseases
  3. Familiarizing with contemporary therapy for temporomandibular disorders using splints
  4. Familiarizing with the multidisciplinary approach in aesthetic rehabilitation
  5. Familiarizing with contemporary dental cements

By decision of the Health council of Serbia (V1947/II-2024 and V1948/II-2024), accreditation of continuing education programs is to be credited as following for each day of attendance:

– 10 credits for invited speakers
– 9 credits for oral presentation
– 7 credits for poster presentation
– 6 credits for passive attendance

Instructions for Writing and submitting Scientific work

For invited lecutures:

Paper
– Deadline for application for papers in English is 01.09.2024.
– Paper should be in attached form (template) maximum 4 A4 pages. Please follow the instructions (red letters) in the given document.
– Paper should be delivered by e-mail on: simpozijum.novisad@gmail.com

Video presentation:
– Please use Zoom, Microsoft Teams or PowerPoint to record your presentation in MP4 format.
– Deliver your video file using https://wetransfer.com/ service to our e-mail simpozijum.novisad@gmail.com
– Deadline for application for online lecture in video form is 15.09.2024.

For poster presentations:

– Deadline for submitting E-posters and abstract is 15.09.2024.
– One person can be first author of maximum two papers
– Abstract must be delivered in attached form (template) maximum 250 words. Title must be written in capital letters, name of the first author must be underlined, letter size 12pt, line spacing onefold, font: Times New Roman.
– Abstract must be delivered in Serbian and in English.
– Poster presentation will be presented as e-posters (e-posters are digital version/PDF poster presentation).
– E-poster can contain text, pictures, charts, schemes, tables, but cannot contain audio, video presentation, websites, animated attachments or serial animations.
– E-poster must be prepared as one slide in Microsoft Power Point. Presentation must be in ‘’Landscape” orientation, screen size 16:9. Authors must use Times New Roman font, size 14pt or larger (to adjust orientation of the slide (landscape) in Power Point 2007/2010 follow next steps: 1. In “Tab” menu mark Design; 2. Press Page Setup and mark On-Screen show (16:9) as landscape).
– All the pictures and tables must be in the document with the title indicated. Please ensure anonymity of the people on the pictures and photos.
– All sent (downloaded) presentations will be posted in PDF format as separate poster presentation (you don’t have to have additional slides-just one). Please enable opening of the document and don’t use passwords, too.
– Size of the document can’t be bigger than 10Mb.
– Send E-poster via email to simpozijum.novisad@gmail.com. Deadline is 15.09.2024.
